Nehalem is a picturesque riverside town that was incorporated in 1899. It has a quaint downtown area reflecting its century of history. Enjoy views of the Nehalem River, nearby mountains, forests and wildlife.

In Nehalem, boat rides are available across the Nehalem River to Manhattan Beach -then on to Barview. The trail has been extended to Sand Lake, past Cape Lookout and Cape Mears. Nehalem, Manzanita and Wheeler are three villages that provide dining, kayaking fishing, hiking, beachcombing, galleries, antiques quaint shops and more...

Manzanita on the Beach is a beautiful ocean side city with seven miles of sandy beach. It has been named the third most photographed scenery in Oregon.

Wheeler on the Bay is nestled in the hills overlooking the panaromic Nehalem Bay, Neahkanie
Mountain, and the Pacific Ocean.
